Prices
Prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Please contact us to confirm current pricing before placing an order.
Payment
We accept payment via Visa/Mastercard (PayHere), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery.
Shipping
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your package. Delivery takes 1–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances: (a) the item delivered is different from what was ordered, or (b) the item arrives in a damaged condition that is clearly attributable to handling prior to delivery and not caused by the customer. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items and decline returns where damage appears to have occurred after delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at medilinebooks@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns not initiated within this period will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued via bank deposit regardless of the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Special Orders
Items sourced on special request are non-refundable once ordered from the supplier, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect as described above.
