How do I order?
Browse our catalogue, add books to your cart, and complete checkout. For titles not listed, use the Special Orders page or contact us via WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa/Mastercard via PayHere, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping is charged based on the weight of your package. The final charge will be shown at checkout.
Do you deliver outside Colombo?
Yes, we deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.
How long does delivery take?
1–5 working days island-wide from the date of dispatch. We deliver via Sri Lanka Post Speed Post courier.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes. You're welcome to collect your order in-store during our opening hours: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Please call us on 0777 394 537 before coming in to confirm your order is ready.
What if the book I want is out of stock?
Join the waitlist directly from the book's page, fill in your contact details and we'll reach out as soon as it's back in stock. Waitlisted titles are included in our next consignment and treated as reserved. Supply typically takes 1–3 months. We'll contact you by email, WhatsApp, text message or call once the book arrives.
Do you stock international editions?
Yes, we carry both South Asian and International Editions.
Can I return a book?
Returns are accepted only if the item delivered is different from what you ordered, or if it arrives damaged through no fault of the customer. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
How do I place a special order?
Send us an enquiry via the Special Orders form on this website or message us on WhatsApp. We'll get back to you with pricing, availability, and an estimated supply duration. If you'd like to proceed, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order (payable by bank transfer), after which you'll receive an advance payment invoice.
